Returns

At LEOK, every piece is created with care and attention to detail, and we hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note: bespoke or personalised commissions are non-returnable, unless faulty.
